The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer's Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence. All published papers will be indexed in EI.
 
Also, ICIRA2009 will invite the authors of papers with high review scores to submit the extended versions of their papers, which will be reviewed and published in special issues of SCI/SCIE journals, such as:
