Introduction      Paper Submissions


Conference Proceedings:

The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer's Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence. All the accepted and published papers will be indexed in EI. In order for an accepted paper to be published, at least, one author should pay the conference registration fee and present the paper.

Contributed Papers:

Prospective authors of technical papers should submit their contributions electronically via the conference’s website.  

Invited Papers:

Proposals for invited sessions, each having 6-7 papers with full contact details of the corresponding authors, should be submitted by the proposer via the conference’s website. Invited papers can be submitted through the normal process of regular paper submission, with an indication that the paper is for an invited session.

Exhibitions and Competition Entries:

Prospective exhibitors, participants of robot competition and the pre-conference workshop(s) should follow relevant instructions on the conference website.

Instructions to Authors:

The official language of the conference is English and prospective authors are kindly requested to prepare their full papers according to the paper format for Springer's Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI). Once the paper is ready, please convert it to PDF format.
We encourage the authors to use the recommended LaTex format to prepare the papers. However, you can also use this MS Word Template to write your papers.
The accepted papers, of which the authors have made the registrations and will present at the conference, will be published in the book of conference proceedings.

Manuscript Upload:

We use web-based MyReview online system to manage the paper submission and review.

Copyright Form:

When you upload the final version of accepted paper(s), please donwload the copyright form and email the signed copyright form back to 2009chairs@robotics.sg

Request for Invitation Letter:

For those authors who need to apply for entry visas to Singapore, please download and fill up the invitation letter. And, email the completed letter to ming.xie@robotics.sg who will sign and mail the signed letter back to you by post.
